Obsession is an unnecessarily demonized word.

However, every adnired goal-getter who has achieved the greatest possible heights in their endeavor or space was only able to do that because they were obsessed with that goal.

I completely believe that until you are obsessed with a goal, your chances of attaining them or exceeding average expectations are very slim.

Obsession is complete consumption of your thinking faculty by the attainment of a goal.

And because all your senses are focused on that one goal, your behaviour and attitude will align.

So, the first step to getting the promotion at work is to get completely obsessed with the desire.

Let your thoughts at all times revolve around the desired promotion.

Think, walk, sleep, and dream about it at all times.

This will give you hyper-concentration and Uber focus to find a way to overcome any challenges which will definitely come your way.
