What's the point of having value if the recipient of the value, whether human or organization, cannot perceive it?

When purpose is not known, abuse is imminent.

The same thing applies to value.

Nothing exists for no reason.

The Quadruple elements of human driven value are:

1. To solve problems
2. To be recognized for solving the problems
3. To be appreciated for solving the problems
4. To be encouraged to solve more problems.

If you are solving problems, but it is not recognized, you will be frustrated.

If you are solving problems, but you are not appreciated, you will be frustrated, and die in penury. (Ask Inventors who could not commercialize their inventions)

If you are solving problems, but you are not encouraged to solve more, you will doubt the purpose of your value.

When value is not perceived, it loses the ability to be recognized, to attract its reward, and to be encouraged to solve more problems.

Value adders whose value are perceived are always eventually recognized, appreciated, rewarded, and encouraged by the recognition, appreciation and reward, they blossom.

So, is the value you add in your organization, environment, and business perceived?
